The raw materials for the cultivation of our quality mushrooms are carefully selected. The cultivation is computer controlled, using the latest climate techniques. The process is controlled based on the CO2, the absolute fluid content and the atmospheric pressure compensation, to mention a few, which ensures that the mushroom product has a more solid structure and a longer shelf life. The processing yields of our mushrooms also score high.  This can be attributed to our equipment and method of cultivation.
By using advanced cutting, sorting and weighing techniques, Hooijmans Champignons BV is able to harvest larger batches of uniform mushrooms for her clients. Our clients can find them in the fresh food aisle, the deepfreezer section as well as the canned or preserved foods section.

Our company cuts mushrooms with different types of quality and cap diameters.

For example: 28, 30, 33, 38, 40, 45, 60, 65, 80 and 100mm. We offer our harvests in different sized packages, varying from 2, 3, 4, 5 to 10kg
